After Sales and Services
We will always make any necessary suggestions that will lead to increased seal life. All seal repairs are given serial numbers and can be tracked on our database for determining Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) and seal cost evaluation.
Re-Conditioning & Lapping
All Seal Components are completely cleaned, measured, pressure tested and inspected by the engineering department to determine which parts can be re-used or require replacement. The machine size to be used would normally be determined by the largest seal to be lapped.
Packing & Zero-Leakage Upgrades
We offer economical lubrication solutions to avoid the build-up of frictional heat. Where traditional gland packing leaks corrosive, flammable, or toxic liquid, safe external lubricants or zero-leakage mechanical seals are fitted to eliminate product loss.
